Most of what we do comes down to the same problem. A brand exists in one regulatory environment and needs to work commercially in another. The paperwork changes depending on which way it's travelling. The job doesn't.

We're the official Georgian distributor for three nicotine pouch brands from Northern Europe. We import them, clear them through customs ourselves, meet the obligations that come with an age-restricted category, and supply retailers around the country. We sell them through our own online store as well. The whole chain, from the factory to a Georgian shelf, is work we've already done.

We work with Georgian wineries that want to sell in Europe. Through our sister companies in Sweden and Norway, a Nordic counterparty deals with a company registered where they are, with no middleman in between. We also resell Dippi in Georgia, the labelling compliance a winery needs before a European retailer will take its bottles.
